Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package.

You can track your order in the following ways:

• Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
• Use the tracking number provided to check status directly with the carrier

How long does it take to receive tracking info?

Since orders are shipped from our supplier network, tracking numbers are usually available within 2 to 5 business days after your order is placed.

My tracking shows no updates

Tracking information can sometimes take 24 to 72 hours to update after your order first ships. If there has been no movement for more than 7 days, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
